Talking tides sourdough pizza
In December 2023 we launched our sourdough pizza menu. Our amazing head chef Scott is well versed in everything sourdough and all of our pizzas are made on site, to the absolute highest quality, using only the best ingredients available. See menu below!
Our sourdough is made in house using a traditional Italian "biga" or pre-ferment. From there the dough is given a minimum 48 hours proof time before being flash cooked at 450C in our stone based pizza oven. The result.... Napoli meets New York style pizza!!
