ALCOHOL DELIVERY & COLLECTION POLICY

1. Licensing Compliance
All alcohol sales are conducted in accordance with applicable UK licensing law.
We reserve the right to refuse any transaction where completing the sale would breach legal or licensing obligations.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.
Delivery availability may vary depending on courier restrictions or operational requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations.
3. Age Verification
Alcohol may only be delivered to or collected by persons aged 18 or over.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
Valid photo ID may be required at delivery or collection.
If age verification fails:
- delivery or collection may be refused;
- goods may be withheld or returned;
- reasonable failed delivery or return costs may be deducted where permitted.
4. Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails because:
- nobody is available;
- age verification fails;
- address details are incorrect;
- delivery is refused;
we may:
- charge re-delivery fees;
- deduct reasonable return costs from any refund;
- cancel the order where appropriate.
5. Collection Orders
Collection orders must be collected by:
- the purchaser; or
- an authorised adult aged 18 or over.
We may require:
- proof of purchase;
- order confirmation;
- photographic ID.
We reserve the right to refuse collection where legal requirements are not met.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with:
- order details;
- description of damage;
- photographic evidence.
We may request retention of damaged goods or packaging while we investigate.
