By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that:

• any recipient of the alcohol is also aged 18 or over;
• you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol in the UK.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to request age verification at any stage, including on delivery or collection.

Acceptable identification includes:

• passport
• UK photocard driving licence
• PASS-approved proof of age card

Orders may be refused, cancelled or withheld where age verification cannot be completed.

• physical gift cards
• digital gift cards

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing and imagery are accurate, but:

• packaging may vary;
• product appearance may differ slightly from website images;
• availability may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

• offer a suitable substitute;
• offer store credit;

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges (where applicable) are shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch or collection.

Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch, collection readiness, or otherwise confirm acceptance.

6. Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection are governed by our Alcohol Delivery & Collection Policy below.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• courier disruption;
• weather;
• events outside our control;
• failed delivery attempts;
• incorrect customer information.

Risk in physical goods passes to you when goods are successfully delivered or collected.

Ownership remains with us until full payment has cleared.

 

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Non-Faulty Physical Goods

Where your purchase qualifies under applicable consumer law, you may cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Exceptions may apply, including:

• sealed goods opened after delivery;
• personalised items;
• perishable products;
• products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Returned items must:

• be unused;
• be in saleable condition;
• include original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless goods are faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are generally non-refundable once issued unless faulty or legally required.

Physical gift cards may be eligible for cancellation before dispatch.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel or void gift cards where fraud or misuse is suspected.

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photographs where relevant.

We may offer:

• replacement;
• repair (where applicable);

8. Promotions & Discount Codes
