Talking tides sourdough pizza
In December 2023 we launched our sourdough pizza menu. Our amazing head chef Scott is well versed in everything sourdough he only uses the best ingredients to create the most delicious pizzas on the planet. See menu below!
Our sourdough is made in house using a traditional Italian "biga" or pre-ferment. From there the dough is given a minimum 48 hours proof time before being flash cooked at 450C in our stone based pizza oven. The result.... Napoli meets New York style pizza!!
Standard Hours: Pizza Thursday 5pm - 10pm | Friday 2pm - 10pm | Saturday 12pm - 10pm | Sunday 1pm - 8pm
Bank Holiday Hours: Pizza Thursday 5pm - 10pm | Friday 2pm - 10pm | Saturday 12pm - 10pm | Sunday 12pm - 10pm | Monday 1 - 8pm
